Ashby Ponds 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund Rewards Hourly Team Members
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $510,000
Ashburn, VA - Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Senior Living community in Ashburn, Va.,
distributed more than $510,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a Staff Appreciation Fund Event. The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
This year’s amount is the most ever raised for the SAF.
