Attempted Sexual Assault Reported In Sterling: Police

Police are looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman early Sunday morning in Sterling: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA — Police are looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman early Sunday morning in the area of Alberta Terrace and Edwards Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He's described as being dark skinned, possibly Hispanic, and wearing a dark shirt and pants. The victim wasn't injured.

The woman said she was walking home from the Waterview Plaza area around 1:30 a.m. when an unknown man started following her while attempting to talk to her.
