Beware: Your habits may be undermining your health!

One of every five of us sabotage our own health ever day. How?

One of every five of us sabotages our own health every day.  I should know... overweight, sedentary and have at least three chronic disorders that leave me semi-retired.

Example:  MISS BREAKFAST?  Make it up with fast food... a nice b’fast burrito at a drive-through will do.  Wait!  It is full of processed cheese product and questionable meat, though.

Example: NEED TO SLIM DOWN FOR A HIGH SCHOOL REUNION?  Go for that raw veggie tray but dip those carrots in salad dressing.  Wait!  The dressing is full of sugar and negates the veggie.
