VO2 max testing, RMR testing, Body Comp Analysis and ForceDeck testing is also available for comprehensive evaluation.

As a full service facility Elite Wellness also offers Targeted Sports Recovery (TSR), therapeutic massage, cryotherapy, Air Relax compression, cupping, heat and vibration therapy, infrared sauna/red light therapy, and vibration therapy. All Elite Wellness trainers and specialists are highly qualified and come from an exercise science background.
