Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Ashburn Hosts Ribbon Cutting Event

The grand opening celebration included a performance by students, free activities for families and tours of the school

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool at Loudoun Station in Ashburn recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the school’s grand opening. Students from Chesterbrook Academy's campus performed songs and remarks were provided by the school’s principal, Jessica Eason, and other representatives from Spring Education Group, the parent company of Chesterbrook Academy. Members of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce were also in attendance and spoke about the new addition to the Ashburn community.

Following the ribbon cutting, families enjoyed a variety of free activities, including music classes hosted by FuNation, soccer games led by Soccer Shots, arts and crafts stations, refreshments and giveaways. The event provided an opportunity for community members and prospective families to meet the principal and teachers, explore classrooms and learn more about Chesterbrook Academy’s curriculum.

The brand-new 21,100 square-foot preschool, which is located within the Loudoun Station development, features 13 classrooms and a large indoor, age-appropriate, all-season playground for students to enjoy, as well as a private room for nursing mothers. The school serves students from six weeks old through Pre-K and offers before and after school care, as well as summer camp. Chesterbrook Academy offers ample parking for staff and families, and is conveniently located near an on-site bus transit facility and the Ashburn Metrorail Silver Line Station.
