STERLING, VA — A church camp volunteer has been arrested for soliciting sex from a minor last summer, and authorities believe there may be other victims, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Richard N. Hearns, 19, of Ashburn, was charged with proposing a sexual act by a communications system to a victim under the age of 15.

The incident came to light last month while Hearns was still a volunteer at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Summer Camp on Dominion Lane, during which new allegations were made. An investigation found that last summer, after meeting the victim at the camp, solicited her via cell phone in September.
