County's Business Assistance Team Launches Semi-Annual Survey

The Loudoun County Business Assistance Team (BAT) is conducting its semi-annual customer satisfaction survey from Monday, Feb. 9, through Friday, Feb. 27.

The Loudoun County BAT is committed to improving and streamlining the process for opening and maintaining a business in the county. To ensure the county is serving businesses well, the team conducts a regular survey of business owners and representatives to get feedback about their customer service experience in dealing with the county government.

In addition to questions and answers, the short survey includes space for customers to make comments regarding their experience. The survey should take about five minutes to complete.
