On The Roads

Around 7:27 a.m., a crash blocked the center lane of I-395 northbound before Seminary Road.

Around 6:40 a.m., the right lane of the I-66 westbound ramp to northbound VA-28 was blocked by a crash.

Around 7:30 a.m., drivers reported a crash on the right side of US-29 southbound under I-66.

At 7:15 a.m., there were multiple disabled vehicles on the Beltway Outer Loops after Gallows Road.

At 7:17 a.m., there was a crash affecting both directions of Nebraska Avenue NW between Connecticut Avenue NW and Nevada Avenue NW.

At 7:30 a.m., there was a crash on southbound VA-28 near Wellington Road.

Throughout the morning, a work zone blocked the left lane of I-66 westbound after US-29/Centreville Road.

A new traffic pattern is now open in both directions of I-66 at Stringfellow Road.

Weather

Temperatures are expecting to reach the upper 80s today with partly sunny skies. The heat index may reach 90 degrees in some areas.
