On The Roads
Around 7:40 a.m., a crash on the Beltway Inner Loop before Braddock Road blocked the right lane.

Around 7:35 a.m., a crash blocked the center of the road on northbound I-95 near VA-286.
Around 7 a.m., there was a crash affecting both directions of Columbia Pike near Carlin Springs Road.
Around 6 a.m., a crash caused delays on 16th Street NW southbound near Spring Place.
On the Metro
There may be some delays on the Metrobus 28A, 33, 59, 83, 86, D6, F4, F8, H2, H4, K6, K9, P12, V4 and X9 lines due to bus operator shortages.
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
It will be partly sunny and cooler throughout the area on Tuesday. High temperatures are expected to reach 58 degrees. Tonight, temperatures will drop into the 30s.
