Cuban Food Restaurant Cubasi Bistro Plans Move To Ashburn

ASHBURN, VA — Fans of Cubasi Bistro's ropa vieja and other Cuban delicacies will find its Sterling location soon closed, but the restaurant will move to a location not far away.

The family-owned Cubasi Bistro announced it will be open until March 31 at its Dulles 28 Centre location, 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza #100, in Sterling. As reported by The Burn, Cubasi Bistro has been in the location since 2019, and the owners had a restaurant in Bangor, Maine.

As of April 1, Cubasi Bistro will be located at 22556 Amendola Terrance in Ashburn. Due to construction of the commercial kitchen, the restaurant is temporarily renting a kitchen to fulfill orders starting April 1. Online orders or orders by calling 571-464-9416 will only be accepted initially at the Ashburn location.
