Daylight Robbery Takes Place on Sterling Street
Victim said he was walking to a local bank, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the armed robbery of an individual on Tuesday afternoon on a street in Sterling.
The robbery took place between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the 1000 block of Chase Heritage Circle, off Sterling Boulevard, according to a police report.

The victim told sheriff’s deputies that he was walking from Chase Heritage Circle to a bank when two suspects described as Hispanic males approached him at gunpoint and demanded his cellphone, wallet and the contents of his pockets.
The victim said he did not know the suspects, and the sheriff’s office did not release any further information about them.
