Deputies Need Help Identifying Injured Elderly Man
UPDATE: Man is positively identified Wednesday morning.
After issuing a public call for help, authorities have identified an injured elderly man, an apparent victim of a fall, who was discovered early Wednesday morning.
The family reached out to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office after a family member learned of the incident through the public alert.
Deputies responded to a call of an injured man at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Gloucester Parkway and Tournament Parkway.

According to the LCSO, it appears the man was walking in the area of Gloucester Parkway near Tournament Parkway when he fell and was injured.
The man was airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he remains hospitalized.
