Cheerleading Tryout Prep/ Tumbling Clinic

Walking into high school tryouts can be an intimating process. Even if you have tried out for a team before every year there is new talent, new skills, and possibly new coaches. So we created a series of classes and workshops to help you prepare.

“Making The Cut” Class- Classes will focus on basic technique for motions, jumps, and stunts. Most girls can spend their entire lives cheering at the recreational level and still not know the proper technique for high school cheerleading. The class will also include tumbling drills to prepare students for their back handspring or more advance tumbling.

The "Making The Cut" Class is taught by Brittany Rose. Her past honors include making the All American Cheerleading Team (4 times), cheering as a scholarship competition cheerleader at Avila University, and cheering on the VCU competition cheerleading team. Brittany has judged numerous high school and middle school cheerleading tryouts and is a former high school cheerleading coach.
