Hot Pot Legend Restaurant Coming To Ashburn: Report
Hot Pot Legend, which specializes in Chinese hot pot cooking, will open at One Loudoun, the second of only two U.S. locations.
ASHBURN, VA — Hot Pot Legend, a restaurant specializing in the hot pot style of Asian cooking — is planning a new location at One Loudoun in Ashburn. According to a report, the restaurant will occupy the space at One Loudoun where Aggio used to be.
Hot Pot Legend is a franchise that currently has 80 locations in China, The Burn reports. The Ashburn location will be one of only two in the United States — the first is in Rockville, Md.
The hot pot experience can be viewed as a build-your-own-soup adventure, where a pot of simmering hot broth is brought to your table. You then add thinly sliced meats, vegetables, noodles and more to broth and cook it right at the table. Once it's cooked to your liking, you dip in the sauce of your choice and enjoy.
