HOW LONG WILL YOU LIVE? HERE'S A CHALLENGE.

Have you ever wondered how long you’ll be around?  Not just Ashburn, but forever?  I have and at my advanced age, I’ll be able to annoy others for thirty more years.  My wife is ecstatic.

Seriously, the CDC states over 117 million of us have one or more chronic diseases like heart disorders, diabetes and malignant or benign growths.  And sixty-nine percent of us are overweight, me included.  My decades of research predict if we lose pounds, we’ll live longer and healthier.  Then again, as Johnny Carson once joked, he knew a man who stopped drinking, smoking, sex and rich foods and was healthy until he killed himself.

Kidding aside, here’s my challenge to Ashburn.  We’ll all lose.  Stay tuned to this channel for more no cost tips in the following weeks.
