On The Roads
At 7:10 a.m., there was a crash on the southbound lanes of the 9th Street Tunnel. The right lane gets by the crash.

Around 6:45 a.m., a crash on eastbound I-66 blocked the left lane after the Manassas rest area.
At 6:56 a.m., there was a crash on northbound Rhode Island Avenue at Powder Mill Road.
On Thursday morning, a work zone caused delays in both directions of Benning Road between East Capitol Street and B Street SE.
On The Rails
Around 6:30 a.m., WMATA warned of residual delays on the Orange, Silver, and Blue lines due to a signal problem at Smithsonian.
Weather
Temperatures are expected to reach the low 80s on Thursday with some sunshine returning to the area.
