Kitchen Lab for Chefs in Training

Join our group of chefs in training for an afternoon of making and sampling their own food creations. We will learn how to read a recipe, measuring and chopping ingredients, stir and mix the ingredients together, cooking and baking the foods and proper kitchen safety and food handling techniques. At the end of class we will sit, relax and enjoy our creations. Kitchen Labs are held at Claude Moore Community Center Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. January’s class will be on January 22. February’s class will be held on the 12th. Please call at least a week in advance if your child has any allergy or dietary restrictions. The cost is $12 per class and preregistration is required.
