New Kung Fu Tea Location To Open In Ashburn's Loudoun Station In Spring 2022

Kung Fu Tea, a bubble tea chain, will open a new location in Ashburn's Loudoun Station in Spring 2022, according to a news release.

ASHBURN, VA — A Kung Fu Tea location is coming to Ashburn's Loudoun Station. The new tea shop will open in Spring 2022, according to a news release from Comstock Holding Companies.

Kung Fu Tea specializes in bubble tea that is made-to-order using handpicked leaves from Taiwan. The new location will occupy a 1,928 square foot storefront at Central Station Drive in Loudoun Station.

Timothy Steffan is an executive vice president with Comstock Holding Companies, overseeing asset management and development. "We are delighted to welcome Kung Fu tea to Loudoun Station," Steffan said. "This popular tea and coffee brand is a great complement to Blackfinn, Burger 21, Famous Toastery, Senor Tequila’s and the Zone as we continue to expand restaurant and dining options at Loudoun Station for our office and residential tenants."

The new Loudoun Station location will join several other Kung Fu Tea shops that already open in Loudoun County. Some stores are already open in Dulles Town Center and Sterling, while another location will be opening soon in Leesburg, according to the chain's website.
