Mirzaan Cuisine Now Open In Ashburn
Mirzaan Cuisine is now open in Ashburn, according to a report from The Burn. The facility is now dishing out samosas, korma, and biryani for guests whether they choose to dine-in, carry out, or have their dinner delivered.

The restaurant is open in the Ashburn Farm Market Center, near Claiborne Parkway.
Leeky Cauldron To Celebrate Grand Opening In Hamilton
A Hamilton resident is ready to open a new Welsh-inspired bakery at her home, the Loudoun Times-Mirror reported. Owner Kasey Alexander will celebrate the grand opening of the Leeky Cauldron on Saturday.

Alexander's menu will include everything needed for an afternoon tea. She also told the Loudoun Times-Mirror she hopes to expand to a mobile kitchen or a standalone storefront in the future.
The Wine'ing Butcher Lives To Chop Another Day
Though its owners originally announced its closure earlier this month, The Wine'ing Butcher will continue to serve meat and alcohol to customers in Ashburn.
On Facebook, the owners said their operation is only possible after tons of support from customers.
"We're humbled by the outpouring of support and excited to move forward on this journey with our amazing community," the owners wrote on Facebook.
The owners noted the situation is still fluid, but they are looking to add new workers to their team as they carve a path forward.
Construction Begins At Route 7 Brewing
Route 7 Brewing, a new restaurant and bar, is now under construction,The Burn reported. The Ashburn facility is expected to open in 2024, the owners told The Burn.
