Loudoun County Coronavirus-Related Deaths Jump To 63

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – There are 44 new cases of the coronavirus in Loudoun County as of Thursday, bringing the total number of cases in the county to 2,318

There were 10 additional deaths reported Thursday, according the Virginia Department of Health, bringing the total death count in the county to 63. There are currently 156 hospitalized patients.

To date, the county has tested 11,796 people and has had 12 coronavirus outbreak across the Loudoun Health District. There have been 223 coronavirus cases related to outbreaks and 84 coronavirus cases in health care workers.

As of Thursday, Virginia now has 41,401 total confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 1,152 more cases in the past 24 hours. There are 4,442 hospitalized patients and 1,338 deaths.
