Loudoun County Public Schools Makes Thursday Weather Call

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA—All Loudoun County public schools will be closed Thursday because of "the forecast of impending bad weather," the school system announced Wednesday. All activities are canceled and all administrative offices will be closed.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for our area through 1 p.m. Thursday. That includes a wintry mix of rain, snow and sleet.
