Loudoun Teen Wins Prom Date With Eagle

A student at Woodgrove High School in Purcellville will take a special date to the prom this spring: Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho.

In January, Hannah Delmonte contacted Acho on Instagram and asked if he would take her to prom, Comcast SportsNet Philly reported. After she met the NFL player’s challenge on Twitter, he agreed, and dropped by the high school last week to surprise Delmonte with a customized Eagles jersey.

Acho also plans to play piano and sing Delmonte a song on the night of the prom, according to Comcast SportsNet Philly.
