Lucketts Spring Market May 19-21 in Berryville

The always funky and popular Luckett's Spring Market is May 19-21, this time at its new location at the Clarke County Fairgrounds.

BERRYVILLE, VA — Whether you dig antiques, funky furniture or just off-the-wall items you never would thought existed, this is a three-day festival you might want to consider — especially if you're new to the area. It's 18th annual Lucketts Spring Market, May 19-21.

It's being held this year for the first time at the Clarke County Fairgrounds in Berryville, 890 West Main Street. Previously held in Loudoun County, the Spring Market's move largely was based on space for exhibits and vendors, as well as considerably more room for parking.

This year's edition of what has become annual ritual for folks in Northern Virginia and beyond will feature more than 200 of the best "vintage hip" vendors on the East Coast. But there also will be live music, beer gardens, food trucks and workshops. Think of a county fair without the rides or the animals.

A new feature will be presented by a group called "Sisters on the Fly." These women will set up restored vintage campers and have a camping exhibit they dub a "glamping expo." After all, Luckets store, 42350 Lucketts Road in Leesburg, considers itself a place for all things vintage.
