Man Arrested For Hit and Run in Ashburn: Police
His vehicle became disabled minutes after hitting another vehicle and fleeing the scene, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

ASHBURN, VA — A few minutes after he hit another vehicle Friday night at Waxpool Road and Loudoun County Parkway and then took off, the driver found his car disabled, and that was his undoing, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Edward J. Grimes III, 43, of Reston, was charged with felony hit and run, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
Shortly after 8 p.m., police found the disabled motorist at Loudoun County Parkway and Mooreview Parkway, and linked him to the previous crash.
