Man Busted at Hotel Room With Juvenile Girl in Sterling: Police
He admitted giving the 17-year-old alcohol, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. A call alerted police to the engagement.
STERLING, VA — A man was found in a hotel room Saturday night with a female juvenile and alcohol in the 45000 block of E. Severn Way, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Navarone Frank, 29, of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested and charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The girl, 17, was released to the custody of her parents.
