Man Charged With Forcible Sodomy in Sterling: Police
He was involved in a violent argument with his girlfriend, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, during which he assaulted her.
STERLING, VA — A man forcibly sodomized his girlfriend, strangled her and assaulted her Monday in the 45000 block of Brandeis Terrace, according to Loudoun County Police.
Alex S. Hay Ashby, 25, of Herndon was arrested and charged with forcible sodomy, strangulation and assault and battery.
Around 2 a.m., police responded to a report of two people yelling. The victim told police she and her boyfriend had been involved in a heated argument that turned violent.
