These charges were filed a day after police received a report of an incident at an in-home daycare located at 3 Carousel Court in Sterling.

The daycare has reportedly operated out of the residence on Carousel Court since fall of 2000, and Rodriguez has lived at that residence for the last 15 years, although overseeing children was not among his duties at the daycare.
