Man Exposed Himself To Children At Sterling Library: Police

STERLING, VA — A man exposed himself to three children at the Sterling Library on Thursday, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Deputies claimed that the man, Binyan Yilma, also made sexual statements to the children.

The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday at the Sterling Library On South Sterling Boulevard. Deputies responded to the scene to investigate a reported indecent exposure.

The three children told deputies that Yilma made sexual statements to them and exposed himself. The children were younger than 15 years old, according to charges filed against Yilma.

Yilma was still at the library when deputies arrived. Deputies arrested him and charged him with three counts of indecent liberties with a child under 15, three counts of indecent exposure, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Yilma is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
