Man Exposes Himself On Loudoun Transit Bus: Police
A man was arrested Thursday for exposing himself on a Loudoun Transit bus, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
ASHBURN, VA—A man was arrested Thursday for exposing himself on a Loudoun Transit bus, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Douglas A. Justice, 55, of no fixed address, was charged with obscene sexual display.
Around 2 p.m., police responded to a report of indecent exposure. They confronted the man at the Dulles Town Center stop and arrested him.
