Man Exposes Himself To Toddler In Chantilly: Police
A man was arrested after exposing himself to a toddler Monday in Chantilly, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

CHANTILLY, VA—A man was arrested after exposing himself to a toddler Monday in the area of Center Street and Loudoun County Parkway, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Samuel N. Robinson, 37, of Chantilly, was charged with felony indecent liberties and indecent exposure.
Shortly after 6 p.m., police arrived at the location soon after the incident was reported. They found that Robinson had been exposing himself to the toddler while the child was talking to a parent. Upon being spotted, he fled with another man into a nearby tree line. Police caught up with the two men and arrested Robinson.
