Man Grabs Neighbor's Buttocks In Sterling: LCSO

STERLING, VA—A man was arrested Monday after sexually assaulting a neighbor in the 20000 block of Reserve Falls Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Benjamin Donkor, 38, of Sterling, was charged with sexual battery.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., a woman said Donkor had helped her bring groceries into her apartment. Once inside, though, he grabbed her legs and buttocks. Police were contacted shortly thereafter.
