Man Without Pants Performs Sex Act Outside Sterling Store: Police

STERLING, VA—A man with no pants was arrested Sunday after performing a sex act in a fire lane outside a store in the 46000 block of Cranston Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Stanley O. Ham, 65, was charged with indecent exposure and actual or simulated masturbation in public.

Shortly before 1 p.m., police responded to the scene. A witness reported seeing a man with no pants performing a sexual act in front of the store. His vehicle was found near the area of South Cottage Road and Potomac View Road, where Ham was arrested.
