Masked Man Arrested At Stone Ridge Village Center: Police

ALDIE, VA—For whatever reason, a man decided it would be a good idea to drive around the Stone Ridge Village Center wearing a mask Thursday night. Turns out it wasn't such a good idea, after all.

John N. Rochester, 19, of Aldie, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of alcohol under 21 and prohibition of wearing of masks in certain places. Shortly before 11 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 42000 block of Village Center Plaza, found him shortly thereafter and arrested him.
