Masseur Masturbated During Appointment With Client In Ashburn: Police
A massage therapist at Relax Spa in Ashburn was arrested on Wednesday after he was accused of masturbating during an appointment.

ASHBURN, VA — A massage therapist who works in Ashburn masturbated during a session with a client, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. The incident occurred on July 31, and the suspect was arrested on Wednesday.
Authorities identified the man as Xudong "Gilbert" Hu, a 54-year-old man from Reston. He is charged with one count of obscene sexual display.
Hu is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. If convicted, he could face up to one year in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.

The incident occurred on July 31 at the Relax Spa on Ashburn Road, authorities said. Investigators did not provide details about the incident, but said Hu committed a sex offense while performing a massage.
In Virginia, obscene sexual display is defined as "actual or explicitly simulated acts of masturbation," according to the Virginia Code.
