Memorial Day 2022: Where To Find Events Around Loudoun County
Memorial Day weekend is a time for residents to reflect, and several events will be held in Loudoun County.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Memorial Day is on Monday, May 30. The holiday allows for residents to reflect on the sacrifice of servicemembers who died in combat.
On Monday, May 30, the Town of Leesburg will host their annual ceremony on the Loudoun County courthouse grounds. The event will be open to the public.
Mayor Kelly Burk will speak at the event before placing a wreath at the facilty's war memorials.

The Town of Lovettsville will also host their own Memorial Day observance at 12:30 p.m.The event will be held at 6 E Pennsylvania Avenue in Lovettsville.
At 9 a.m. on Memorial Day, Jeep owners from around Loudoun County plan to meet at Dulles Town Centre. The drivers will then go on a "scenic drive" through Loudoun County before meeting for food at an establishment in western Loudoun. The organizers have not confirmed where they would meet after the ride.

Lost Barrel Brewing in Middleburg will also host events throughout Memorial Day weekend. More information about the events are available on the brewery's Facebook page.
