Neustar To Move Headquarters Out Of Sterling: Report
Neustar has signed a lease for 100,000 square feet space in Reston, allowing it to consolidate its headquarters to one location.
STERLING, VA — Information technology company Neustar recently completed a deal to relocate and consolidate its headquarters from Sterling to Reston Station. According to a report, Neustar will anchor one of two office buildings under development by Comstock Holdings Cos. Inc.
Neustar plans to shift 400 employees to Reston from its two Sterling locations at 21575 Ridgetop Circle and 46000 Center Oak Plaza, the Washington Business Journal reports. The move represents a big investment to address the company's current and future needs, company CEO Charlie Gottdiener said in a statement to the Journal.
The company selected Reston Station due to its close proximity to Wiehle-Reston East Metro station and the building's design. Nearby restaurants and shops in the larger Reston Station development also played a role.
