New Greek Restaurant Opens Monday In Sterling

STERLING, VA—A trendy Greek eatery will swing open the doors of its third Northern Virginia location next week. SouvlakiBar, which bills itself as "the ultimate restaurant for all things Greek," begins service Monday at the Shoppes at Potomac Corner, 46519 Harry Byrd Highway, in Sterling.

Owners Chrisitos and Effie Sarantis opened the first SouvlakiBar two years ago in Alexandria and followed with one in Leesburg this past spring. In 2017, it was cited in Northern Virginia Magazine as having the "Best Gyro in NoVA."
