New Stores Planned at Dulles Town Center

Books, clothes, tea, food; new additions in each category are on their way soon.

Lerner Enterprises recently announced that several new stores and restaurants plan to open their doors at Dulles Town Center, ranging from books and beauty to clothes and food:

  • Current tenant Old Navy is set to open its new “Project One” store on the upper level near Nordstrom this spring, replacing the existing location near Sears. Old Navy plans to keep the existing store open until the new 20,073-square-foot space opens
  • Teavana is also set to open soon at the mall, offering high-end teas, herbal infusions, tea pots and cups. Teavana opened its first store in Atlanta in 1997 and now has nearly 200 locations
  • In the food court, J. Chow’s Chicken, Ribs & Salads will open next to Chick-fil-A

In addition, several new stores have recently opened:

  • Ann Taylor has opened a 4,400-square-foot store on the lower level in the Macy’s wing.
  • Bare Escentuals opened a 2,500-square-foot boutique on the lower in the Macy’s wing.
  • Books-A-Million recently opened a store on the upper level near Macy’s.
  • Chiang Mai Thai opened late last year in the food court.
