Four facilitators managed the organizational workshop including, RE/MAX Select Properties agents Ray Mauk, Karen Ricciardi, Terri Robinson and 123 Junk CEO, Collin Wheeler. Together they prompted participants to share new, creative ideas on how to generate more business and stay informed on the local market while keeping in constant contact with clients during and after a transaction.
“We all refocused a few years ago as the market started to turn in an effort to help our clients stay informed on home values and buying and selling in Virginia,” said Broker/Co-Owner Jim Stakem. “RE/MAX Co-Founder Dave Liniger always says, ‘You can’t do business today with yesterday’s tools and expect to be in business tomorrow.’ In this changing market it’s so true and our agents and clients depend on us to be forward-thinking.”
