There will be more than 50 microbrews from across the country, with a nice representation from the Washington, D.C., metro area, which has seen an explosion in the opening and establishment of microbreweries.
The NoVa Brewfest will once again feature the popular “cooking with beer” demonstrations with Executive Chef Joe Mariano. He’ll be preparing several specialty dishes featuring beer from the presenting sponsor, the Mad Fox Brewing Company.
