NoVa Housing Expo For Hard-Up Residents Postponed Until Autumn

The Northern Virginia Housing Expo, scheduled for April 4, has been postponed due to efforts to contain the spread of the new coronavirus.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — The 10th Annual Northern Virginia Housing Expo, scheduled for Saturday, April 4 at Dominion High School in Sterling, has been postponed due to efforts to contain the spread of the new coronavirus, or COVID-19. The event is expected to be rescheduled for the fall, officials said.

Resources to help homebuyers and renters in Loudoun County will remain available on the county's website. Once a new date is selected, officials will post details about the event at novahousingexpo.org.

The Housing Expo allows people to learn about affordable homeownership and rental opportunities across the region. The event was going to feature workshops, exhibits and free one-on-one credit counseling.

Loudoun County had partnered with First Home Alliance, the counties of Arlington and Prince William, the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and the Virginia Housing Development Authority to hold the event.
