An Open Letter From Joe's Pizzaria

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE STERLING COMMUNITY

Dear friends & neighbors around the Sterling community,

My name is Fareed Eways, but a lot of people know me as Joe - and that's just fine with me. I'm proud to have been the leader of Joe's Pizzaria & Restaurant for the past 15 years, since we first opened for business on January 1, 2003.

You may have heard that our family is selling Joe's Pizzaria - in fact, the transition has already taken place and new ownership was established in February. I'm writing this letter to let the people of Sterling know that Joe's Pizzaria will stay the same community-oriented, high-quality, family restaurant it has always been.

It's been a soft, smooth handoff, because we made certain to find new ownership that shares our business philosophy. Joe's Pizzaria will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with our menu of Italian, Greek
and American favorites. We'll host parties and banquets, and we'll load up the van for off-site catering. We'll continue to be “The Cheers of Sterling” to meet friends for a delicious meal with fresh ingredients, and we'll still be huge supporters of local charities and youth sports.

Meanwhile, I'm pleased to announce that I've recently founded a company called Shiny Day Cleaning & Commercial Services, performing a wide range of certified home services. Soon we'll release a public announcement on Shiny Day's debut.

More than anything, I want to thank the entire Sterling community for being so extraordinarily good to me and my family for the past 15 years. Despite these changes, you can expect both Joe's Pizzaria and Shiny Day Cleaning & Commercial Services to serve Sterling for years to come.
