Police: Fatal Shooting, Suspect Arrested in Ashburn
Two children in home when shots fired, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

An Ashburn man is in custody, accused of killing a man on Thursday night, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Minh D. Nguyen, 38, is charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
According to deputies, Nguyen entered an Ashburn Village townhome in the 44200 block of Sonora Lane at 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Nguyen allegedly shot an adult male inside the home.

Nguyen was taken into custody without incident at the scene.
There were two children inside the home at the time. And Nguyen’s ex-wife and another child returned home as the incident was unfolding, according to deputies. No one else was injured.

Nguyen is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
