Police: Two Stolen SUVs Found Several Blocks Away (ICYMI)

In Case You Missed It: Both were found with keys inside, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff’s deputies on June 19 recovered a pair of stolen SUVs that had been parked in a Sterling neighborhood.

The two vehicles, a green Ford Explorer and a white Honda Passport, were found a few blocks away, in the 250 block of W. Meadowland Lane in the Sugarland Run subdivision, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The keys were found in both vehicles.

The deputies had responded to the area for a reported abandoned vehicle, the sheriff’s office said. The Explorer and Passport had orginally been parked in the 40 block of Carolina Court, and were reported missing between June 16 and June 17.
