Rendezvous Restaurant To Replace Bungalow Alehouse In Ashburn

ASHBURN, VA — A new restaurant is coming to Ashburn, replacing the location formerly occupied by the Bungalow Alehouse.

Rendezvous, also called "R|R" in the facility's Facebook posts, will occupy the facility. The owners have not provided any information about when the new restaurant may open or what kind of cuisine will be offered.

"We're breaking the mold, stirring up the unexpected, and brewing a rendezvous that will have your taste buds and curiosity tingling," the restaurant's owners said in a Facebook post on Wednesday. "Who are we, you ask? We're the enigma you never knew you needed."

In earlier posts, the people behind the restaurant described themselves as "rule-breaking wizards, a league of extraordinary chefs, mixologists, and food lovers." They also noted that they intend to set their facility apart by being heavily involved in the community.

"We're about crafting an environment that's as unique as it is inviting," a Rendezvous Facebook post said. "An oxymoron in the best way – where sophistication meets spontaneity, where comfort meets excitement, where every corner whispers tales of delight."

Patch reached out to the restaurant for comment, but they have not responded.
