Screaming Man On Drugs Busted In Ashburn: Police

ASHBURN, VA — A man is being held without bond after being found lying on the ground screaming Sunday night near Broad Run High School, 21670 Ashburn Road, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Christian T. Knock, 18, of Ashburn, was charged with public intoxication and served with a warrant for violation of condition of his release.

Shortly after 6 p.m., police confronted the screaming man and found that he likely was under the influence of narcotics. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, after which he was taken to jail.
