Single-Car Crash Kills 19-Year-Old In Ashburn: Police
A 19-year-old man from Ashburn died after a single-car crash on Gloucester Parkway on Wednesday, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.
ASHBURN, VA — A 19-year-old man died after a single-car crash in Ashburn on Wednesday, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Police identified the man as Asad Kaleem from Ashburn.
No other injuries were reported in the crash, which occurred near the intersection of Gloucester Parkway and Runnymeade Terrace. Authorities have not identified a potential cause of the crash.

Around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Kaleem was travelling westbound in the left lane of Gloucester Parkway. His car ended up crashing into a pole in roadway's media, police said.
First responders took Kaleem to Lansdowne Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

Investigators believe that alcohol and drugs were not factors in the crash.
