Six Injured in Morning Rush-Hour Collision in Chantilly
One driver charged with failure to yield right of way: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Six people were injured early Wednesday morning in Chantilly when a car collided with a van, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident occurred at about 7:03 a.m. at the intersection of Braddock Road and Riding Center Drive, a police report stated. A 2001 Chevrolet Express van was traveling west on Braddock Road approaching Riding Center Drive when the driver of a 2013 Toyota Camry tried to make a left-hand turn onto eastbound Braddock Road from Riding Center Drive.

The driver of the van was unable to avoid colliding with the Toyota, the sheriff’s office said.
The Toyota’s driver was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. He was charged with failure to yield the right of way, the sheriff’s office said.
