Sterling Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Loudoun County police arrested a Sterling man on Saturday afternoon for indecent exposure during a children’s birthday party.

The incident occurred between 3 and 3:15 p.m. in the 21800 block of Railway Terrace, in the Dominion Station condominium complex, when a male subject exposed himself from his backyard area while a neighbor was hosting a children’s birthday party, according to a police report.
William J. Campbell, 49, of Sterling, was charged with indecent exposure, police said. No information was released about his next day in court.

The woman who hosted the birthday party described the incident to WJLA-TV Channel 7. The party involved her 4-year-old son and his friends.
