Sterling Men Arrested For Series Of Burglaries: Police
Two Loudoun County men were arrested in connection with a series of commercial burglaries in the Sterling area this week.
STERLING, VA — Two Loudoun County men were arrested in connection with a series of commercial burglaries in the Sterling area this week and two thefts earlier in the year, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Mark C. Judy II, 30, and Joseph T. Walthall, 33, both of Sterling were charged in connection with burglaries at four locations on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10. The pair allegedly burglarized Sterling Vapez on E. Holly Avenue, the Sunoco on Davis Drive, the Sunoco on Church Road, and Honest Tom’s Auto Care on Shepard Drive.
Judy and Walthall also are connected to two earlier incidents at the Prime Mart on W. Church Road, acccording to the sheriffs office. The first incident at the Prime Mart was reported Jan. 29, with a second theft occurring Feb. 2.

Both men are charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary, and five counts of conspiracy to commit a burglary, according to the sheriff's office. Walthall was also charged with simple assault for an incident unrelated to the burglaries. Judy and Walthall remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
